| Likeness | Riesling acidity and a slight mineral finish give the sweetness a recognizably wine-like balance. | Good: recognizably Riesling — orchard fruit, acid, and a mineral edge; sweetness is present but controlled. | Recognizable Riesling fruit and acidity, with a mineral-saline close, give the glass a familiar varietal character. |
