Producer sheet lists 33 cl and 75 cl. The reviewed unit is 750 ml. US retail for that bottle observed 2026-10-28 at Delmosa ($20.00). Chapter 4 listed a separate 330 ml format the same day at $7.25 (backordered); that listing is not an offer against this reviewed package. Beaune Imports (US importer) listed the SKU sold out the same day. Buvons Wine listed a sparkling perry-pear juice at $12.00 without a printed format, so that price is not assigned to either bottle. Romane Bordelet wrote on 28 October 2026 that Delmosa is the easiest route for bottles and that the next vintage will be available at the end of the year.

Prices and availability are independently observed and may change. Retailer listings do not imply endorsement. A different package is labeled as a different format. Reader-service exceptions and commercial links are identified above; neither affects scores, rankings, classification, verification, or editorial coverage.

Where sources disagree

Sources disagree on the following points.

  • Region: The producer site and the current Delmosa brand line place the estate in Charchigné, southern Normandy (Domfrontais, Mayenne / Orne). Chapter 4 prints France, Normandy, Loire Valley on the 330 ml listing. The cellar keeps the producer address. Street and telephone stay off the public record.
  • Ingredients: The producer label and sheet name perry-pear juice and perlage. Delmosa names 15 heirloom biodynamic perry-pear varieties, carbon dioxide, sulfites, and gentle pasteurization on the 750 ml. Both claims are kept; the variety count is Delmosa’s, not the sheet’s.
  • ABV: The January 2026 producer sheet prints 0% alc. Delmosa prints alcohol-free. Chapter 4 prints alcohol free. Romane Bordelet wrote on 28 October 2026 that the ABV of the sparkling juices is always below 0.5% alcohol. The letter is the residual statement; the sheet 0% line is kept as a source claim. No exact residual was given, so the public figure is the ceiling. No batch or lab result is inferred.
