The beer
Conehead Zero is Zero Gravity Craft Brewery’s non-alcoholic IPA from Burlington, Vermont. The can prints non-alcoholic IPA and less than 0.5% alc./vol., and the beer is sold year round in 12 oz cans and six-packs. The brewery calls it the original New England IPA without the buzz, and names Motueka, Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin. That aroma line is the producer’s. No firsthand tasting is attached.

Research notes
The product page calls Conehead Zero the “Original New England IPA” without the buzz, and says Motueka, Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin give the NA IPA aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. The same page lists the malt bill as Canada Maltage Superior Pilsner, Weyermann Vienna, and oats, and shortens the hop list to Motueka, Simcoe, Strata, and Nelson. Neither the product page nor the sell sheet names a removal or fermentation method.
