It will not replace a hop-loud modern nonalcoholic IPA, and it does not try to. Malt carries the likeness; the hop linger is only a soft edge after the sweet malt close. Soft body, modest bitterness, beer-shaped from aroma through finish. Toasty malt holds the center; floral hop keeps it from reading as sweet grain alone.
