| Verdict | Butter Zero's Pinot Noir is an alcohol-removed California red: bright cherry and red berry with a smooth finish at <0.5% ABV. | Expressive cherry, blackberry and plum aromas, a dry, juicy palate, and a lingering smoky, savory finish. Thin texture limits the wine's fullness. |

| Likeness | Pinot in the fruit, not in the frame. Bright cherry and red berry sit on a thin body, and the close is smooth and brief. It reads as light red wine until the weight drops out. | Highly convincing in aroma and flavor, with a distinctly vinous character that carries through the finish. Thin texture is the principal limitation. |
