Research notes

The story page says they pick Malvasia and Syrah later than customary, and that verjus is pressed juice of unfermented grapes. The Santa Maria Sun, 8 October 2026, says Glasrose also sells plain still bottles and that sparkling juice is crushed in Santa Ynez and carbonated and bottled in Lodi. It does not name Pinot Gris, and it does not say the stills are carbonated. The still shows a cork with a wood top. Producer copy about apple, pear, peach, and citrus is not a tasting.
