Verdict Dealcoholized American sparkling rosé under 0.5% ABV. Strawberry and red berries, light citrus, lively bead, a simple bready close. Refreshing, and not deep. Tart apple, delicate berry and a floral touch make a refreshing sparkling rosé. Acidity and lively bubbles balance the sweetness, though depth and complexity… Red berry, ripe peach and pear meet vibrant acidity and a lightly earthy finish in this sparkling rosé.

Likeness Reads as a straightforward sparkling rosé more than as juice. The carbonation is the wine argument; the fruit does not add much else. Fruit, acidity and bubbles give it a recognizable sparkling rosé shape, with limited depth. The acid does the wine work. Red berry, ripe peach, and pear stay vivid, and the mouthfeel is finer than the usual alcohol-removed pink. A little earth on the close keeps it on the wine side of soda.
